    I had signed up for a free trial to try to see if I liked this platform to watch things. The app constantly crashed on any device I used the bet+ app and ontop of that their price for the subscription is unreasonable for all the difficulties I experienced so I tried to cancel my subscription which I had a hard time doing because you can’t cancel your subscription on the app so some how I found a way to cancel the subscription finally but then they still charged me afterwards MIND YOU I received a confirmation email saying I cancelled my subscription. I then tried to reach out through bet customer service and they’ve been playing games with me and my refund for 3 days now asking for information I’ve already provided to them and everything (proof) that they would need and still they are playing games asking me to repeat and submit the same information I already have submitted. And they don’t even have a phone line that you can call and speak to a manager (which makes no sense because Netflix,Hulu, hbo max , starz, etc. ALL HAVE A CALL LINE for customer service. BET/BET+ is so unprofessional I am shocked a popular tv platform abuses their customers in such a manner. I would not recommend anyone to redeem a subscription from them their good just to watch the live channel on cable.
