    Business Response

    Date: 11/04/2022

Good afternoon, this reviewer ******** * went all over the place even using fake accounts here is our response to him on other platforms, we also contacted the company he works for and we have not done anything wrong, It is the opposite:

It's interesting how you wrote  the same exact  review on ****** using a Fake name, but now that you are using your correct name on **** I was able to look up your name and found the booking that you
booked for "**************" Company.    You refer to us as Fraud and Scam Artists!!!  Which if purley false accusation and  defamatory.
We did not charge you a penny a single penny even prior to the bus breaking down so not sure how we scammed you!!
The Bus had a mechanical breakdown and you wanted us to disregard the Mechanical issue and continue with the service and risk 30 pax's lives on it so you don't look bad to your boss!
We offered and tried  to provide you with alternate transportations at no charge to you whatsoever, but we needed a little time as you were 4 hours away from us.
You harassed us and completely disrespected us by creating fake review accounts on google!
We texted  you pictures of the bus breakdown on the road
You were in contact with the driver for updates the entire time and with the office.
We also have copies of all the correspondence between you and the driver and the office staff.
On the first pick up you complained that we changed the itinerary on you and price but, in fact it was you not us!!  We provided you a quote for pick up and drop off  per the location you provided us, you agreed and then at the last minute you changed the pick up location to another which was two hours away from us which we still accommodate your request and sent you a modified confirmation stating new price on it!   But, you again complained that we changed the itinerary for you?????  ( note, all the pickup locations were at least two hours away from the DC area)!!!
Now, below is the truth to your fake make believe story  which we reported to the appropriate parties!!

What you're not staying  in your review is the truth..so let me further  clarify!!!.. Yes, you did book two services with us, first one there were  no issues except the last minute pick up location changes you made  and we accommodate your request with no problem.  The pax's were very pleased with the service and complemented the drivere.
Unfortunately the next day, while the event was 4 hours away from us, the bus you had booked was on its way to you and 45 min out from reaching the pick up location  when it broke down and the driver had to pull over.  As soon as the driver notified us we contacted you to let you know the  situation, you said "you did not care, make sure you get the bus to me as I don't want to look bad in front of 30 executives"!
We advised you that we can't do that as we can't put anyones life in danger as we don't know what is wrong with the bus and will not be able to put any pax's on it to insure their safety which is our # one concern!   You did not agree, we continued trying to find other options of getting a bus and or any other vehicles to pick up the pax's but again, you were 4 hours away with 30 pax.   We were in full  communication with you throughout the entire time, we even texted you pictures of the bus and location of where it was broken down.
We were able to find a company closer to you than us about 2 hrs away to come pick up the pax's and we advised that it will be completely free of charge and we will take care of all the fees but, you said two hours is too long for you to wait as they wanted to be in DC at a certain time and had to leave right away so they were just going to take multiple  cars from the resorts they were at.
With that said,  Mechanical breakdown is not in control ( just as it happens to airplanes, personal vehicles, metro trains and so on) and I'm sure no matter what company you use they all face the same situation once in a while.  We do understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience but to falsely accuse us of all the damaging things you said is not acceptable especially when it's not true and more so when you are writing the exact same reviews on google and other places using fake names!!
