      I noticed a charge on my current credit card statement so I called because I had not given authorization to renew the subscription (especially at a price three times what I originally paid). When I called the representative would only refund a portion of the price because they had already mailed one magazine. I asked for the full amount refunded because I only found out a couple weeks after on my credit card statement. Very disappointed that the Smithsonian would not provide a full refund when I contacted them in a timely basis. I have disputed with my credit card company.

      I ordered several items nd they apparenyly were all sent to an incorrect address sent to an incorrect address. I have sent several emails and I have left 2 messages for customer service but I have had no response.
