    Transaction was:$206.70 ********** **** 6/14/2022 @ 3:58pm I booked 3 tickets for June 17, 2022 @ 8:45pm - 10:45pm Pirate Ship cruise on Potomac. After I arrived at the described pickup spot in **** 15 minutes prior to the tour would start, I received a notification from you saying that the timing was changed for 1 hour later (9:45pm) without any prior notice. At that point, I could not make it to the tour because our group planned it for the initial time at purchase. Nor that I received any explaining or apologizing email with a rescheduling or refund option. I called you the same evening, but the phone was not reachable. After I asked my credit card bank to dispute the transaction it was not resolved to my favor because they implied that "tours happen in any conditions", but nothing states on their website that they can reschedule without notice while customers like me cannot make it if I have something else scheduled ahead. This is how the business uses the wording in their policies to trick customers with refunds. I ask you now for a refund to the same credit card (...****) which I could not receive through my bank. This cannot be a business credit or rescheduling option due to one and only event planned.On top of that, I need reimbursement for parking garage in amount of $17.
