    They advertised a “Black Friday sale” November 2022. Hoodies are advertised as $1, but of course you paid for it in shipping costs. The problem is, this company never even shipped out our orders. Between myself and my SO, we placed three orders. Months later, I asked for a refund and was able to get it. But my SO was trying to give this business a chance and be patient. It is now April 2023 and he’s never received his purchase, never any communication from the company AT ALL, and no response to emails nor social media inquiries. They’ve ghosted their customers, aside from still posting merchandise on their social media. He placed two orders and didn’t even receive any order confirmation from one even though the money was paid. This business is completely scamming customers and not communicating about any issues. He had to convince his bank to open a claim after all these months of giving Lost Effects the benefit of the doubt.
