    Update: So the woman who is the supervisor for Virtual Concierge told the tenants that we should not be yelling at the concierge. Well guess what this is our house. That concerege was FIRED from our house as our property manager was horrified by this concierge behavior. **** or ***** with the 301 area code is below par and has no customer ********************** skills. She is derelict and she will be educated. She is needs training and to watch her mouth. I will be going to her bosses and social media.

    The staff of this company is not only violent but in our opinion homophobic, anti semitic and racist. The front desk woman actually has the audacity to tell my husband to HUSH. We recorded the entire thing. We live here this is our house not their house. They are in charge of nothing We don't care what video they send their supervisor this is our house We run this house. The staff constantly is not behind the desk our packages are always stolen. They try to keep the coffee from the residents yet they drink it themselves. The front desk does not know protocol after being told multiple times by management. I will be calling staff of virtual One concierge today to see if we can get something rectified. Otherwise they will be removed from this building and a human rights complaint will be processed. Furthermore they call the cops on tenants when they're not even on the clock and their gaming the system.
