      We started this contract after signing on Jan 12 2022, and **** said he will send back signed copy immediately and sent it on the next day. At that time he said that all the workmanship is guaranteed for 5 years.It took several months(> 9 months) to do the new bathroom versus 3months as originally promised!After using a couple of days, noticed a leak from upstairs bathroom through the ceiling. ****** called **** and he brought the plumber with him the following week. The plumber fixed the leaking problem but, the faucet for the shower and the ceiling were left unfinished to dry. Two weeks later a painter came and painted the area but due to water leak the paint came out. ****** called **** and explained the problem, **** said that he will come and take a look and never came to inspect the work. When they fixed the shower, they did not put the facet properly, and it is still remains loose and unhinged. Also, tiles were not fixed properly and fungus is growing although it has been washed every week (with soap and water). ****** called several times and when **** picked up the phone, he would say that he will come to take a look. But he never came. One time he told ****** that he is in Philadelphia made an appointment for the following Tuesday but he did not come. Being very irresponsive, **** has lost the trust and hence this complaint with BBB. BBB has to ask **** to fix the problem satisfactorily to the client.

      Good morning,

      We did a Bathroom remodel and completed the project in a timely manner. We did new tile, new vanity, new toilet, new shower fixture and new vanity faucet system.

      Simple remodel with no changes to the existing plumbing for the above-mentioned fixtures. When we completed the project there was a leak within the shower fixture and we had gone back to repair and fix. That issue was repaired in a timely matter.

      Prior to working on their project, we noticed issues with the main foyer walls and ceilings with a lot of discoloration and brought it to the owner's attention. 

      After the leak of the shower, we went back and repaired the ceiling in the main foyer.

      About a month or two later i got a call about something with the grout and then we were going to schedule an appt for me to see, and i was in and out of a project in Philadelphia, then we lost contact. At this point i would still like to see what their problem is. 

      When the project was completed, they were very happy with the finished product.

      I will gladly see what the issue is and we will repair as required.
