      I am a member since I joined *** in 2020. I am staff based in Morocco CO, and I have applied for a credit card and benefitted from successive limit increases, so far so good. I have recently been promoted, and had my salary increased by ~20%, and my contract tenor renewed up to 3yrs renewable. Upon submitting a new limit increase (my balance is currently 0 out of the US$ 15,000 limit), with no history to missing payments/arrears/defaults/rescheduling.. I had a call with the loan officer this morning, he said it will be difficult to my increase my limit and he can't do anything about it, which seemed strange and a bit unfair... Would you please be so kind to escalate my concern to the credit committee, if my request will be submitted to them ? My understanding is that credit decisions should be fair across the board, and that BFSCFU is an equal lender. My membership number is ****** and my credit card ends in 3276. Thank you very much in advance for your support.

      I have reconvened with the credit department a solution to my issue which will be implemented by November 20 of this year as per a clear timeline discussed and documented by email.

      My mom passed on April 5, 2023. I contact BFSFCU about the benefits left to me in her BFSFCU account and I am told that I cannot receive the funds because they do not have the documentation naming me as the beneficiary. So I send them the documentation naming me as the beneficiary from my mother to them, dated, fax along with the confirmation fax that it was received. And they tell me that they do not have my moms request. And therefore her funds have to go through probate. How horrific is that!
