      I was approved for a credit card on October 25,2023. As of this date I still have not had a card mailed to me. I have attempted to call the credit union almost daily and keep getting different answers. The last date I called, I was told a supervisor would get in touch with me as soon as possible because a worker named ****** still hadnt ordered my card.

      To whom it may concern,

      ***************************** share draft account was negative and not in good standing at the time of the credit card approval.  **************** was informed of the negative account balance and was advised that her card would be ordered once her account was made current.  Our records show, the she has received and activated her card on 12/11/23.  The member also was approved for an unsecured loan and received the fund on 12/8/23.
