      Stopped going to this dentist in March of 2022, just wasnt a good fit but didnt have any major complaints.Randomly received a bill from them in April 2025. Saying there is an outstanding balance. I go to check the bill and see they were attempting to charge me ****** from an appointment in August 2021. The outstanding ****** was the amount that was supposed to be covered by insurance, but they waited to file the insurance claim for the visit until APRIL 2024.... and were denied due to filing WAY too late. They were attempting to charge me the amount that the insurance denied due to their ************* unethical for them to try and pass this off to me as if it is not 100% their fault the claim was denied. Initially I responded via text and let them know this was unacceptable and received no response. Received the same bill a few weeks later, so I called them and explained to them that this was unacceptable and they removed it from my bill, but watch out!!Did NOT hear an apology so i'd assume they think this is good business practice.
