    Eluvial Construction failed to honor the terms and conditions of our agreement for construction of an accessory dwelling unit on my residential property in DC. They breached said contract, abandoned work, and attempted to coerce me into paying multiple times for the same work required under the contract. Despite multiple assurances from CEO DaBrielle Goodwin, the work remained incomplete, substand, and in certain areas, unsafe. This experience has led to significant financial and emotion strain as I have tried uncessecessy to resolve these issues directly with them - with no response.

    Eluvial Construction lacks the organization to build any comprehensive project. The owner, Dabrielle G******, sells you on what the company can do but she does not deliver although she takes your money and does not finish the project. A total unreliable company that lacks the skills to build a dog house. I would never refer them to my worst enemy. Eluvial Construction, Dabrielle G******, provided misinformation, falsities just to obtain money from me for unperformed work. I am just seeking further legal action as others at=re in order to recoup the money that Eluvial, Dabrielle basically mismanaged and commingled.
