    To:Warner TheaterManager: ***** **** ************* Service Manager/Complaints Department,Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Refund for Tickets Not Received I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the handling of my ticket purchase for the ****** ********* performance.On 04/20/2024, I purchased 5 tickets for a total amount of $575.00 using my *********** card in the name of ***** Patricia ********* My order number/reference number is 35-45018/WDC. The charge was collected by Warner Theater, as indicated on my bank statement.Initially, I bought the tickets through ******** but later found a cheaper option directly at the theater, prompting Seatgeek to refund my money. However, the tickets I purchased at Warner Theater never arrived in my Ticketmaster wallet or my email. I attempted to resolve this issue by contacting the theater multiple times, but I was informed that the theater only answers calls three hours before ********* resolve the situation, I visited the theater in person, where the staff placed the tickets in my Ticketmaster wallet. Based on this, I canceled my dispute with the bank. Unfortunately, one week before the event, I discovered the tickets were not available in my account.Despite my attempts to contact both Warner Theater and Ticketmaster customer service for assistance, I have received no satisfactory response or resolution. This lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable.I believe that this situation violates my consumer rights, as I was unable to attend the performance and have not received a refund for the tickets. I am therefore requesting a full refund of $575.00 and compensation for the inconvenience and poor experience I endured.I hope to resolve this issue amicably and look forward to your prompt response.
