    Su'*** did some maintenance and duct cleaning of our unit. They were very detailed with cost and the explaination of what they were doing! I would highly recommend this team! They make you feel like you ARE part of the team

    Please do not use this service for AC. Derrick was responsive but didn’t realize he put a too small unit in my home. The unit never reached the set temperature but convinced me he would figure it out. After a year of no relief, he agreed to put a new unit on will call which was prob $3000 but would not give me a refund n the install when he removed indoor and outside unit from my house and I would be out thousands of dollars for a new install. Not to mention the duct work was done awful. It’s less than a year old and rusted it because it wasn’t wrapped properly. He charged me $350 for a regular thermostat not included on the 10,000 AC unit install. I received 4 proposals and all of them included a thermostat. Please don’t waste your time. You may not have a problem today but you will once something happens to the unit and you’re told the installation was poorly done. Also his brother called me and told me personally that he put a trash unit in my house. The AC was too small that it never met the set temperature for the entire summer and present. Should had listened to his brother. Look at the photos. Look at the rust on less than one year old unit. I’m out $6000 I’m devastated. He also sexually harassed me and asked me to be his girlfriend and wants me to have lunch with him when he gets back from out of town. This is clearly out of line and unprofessional.

    My son was sick with *****, my mother was visiting from *******, I'd just gotten back out of town and my air went out. Let me just say that I have never felt so helpless in all my life!! I did a search on the internet and I came across Su'***! Of course the internet search pulled up ***'s and *******'s and Sons but then I see ********* HVAC!! I did some research and there was something oddly familiar about his voice when I called!! I knew it! He did a (HVAC) program and he called me when my son graduated from ************************ to see if he was interested in learning about the business! I'm so happy that I remembered that name and voice and made the connection! I immediately contacted him and without hesitation he sent an amazing and qualified technician to my home. **** came in, assessed the situation and within an hour I had cool air pumping through my house again! EVEN BETTER, I didn't have to empty my bank account because the service price was amazingly reasonable!!!! Let me add that my home was built in 1925 and for some reason it holds heat and gets pretty warm pretty quickly! Let me just say that never again will I have to do a search for any HVAC companies as Su'*** will be taking care of my home as long as I'm in it!

    Su’Coy team came out when the heat wasn’t working and the team was very professional, friendly, finished in a timely fashion clean up was good. I highly recommend them and so glad my heat is back working. Affordable too! Thank you Su’Coy for servicing my home.

    Su’Coy Heating, AC & Duct Cleaning is by far the best Hvac business in the DMV area. The owner is very responsive, hands on and takes the time to explain the job. The employees are professional and clean up after themselves.

    The service that I received from Su'coy, Heating, AC & Duct cleaning was nothing short of amazing!!! My heat recently when out during one of the coldest days we've had this year thus far. After during some research and reading reviews, I decided to give Su'coy's a call.

    They were very responsive and professional. My technician took time to not only fix my heating system, but educate me on the process and what I could do to make my heating system work more efficiently. I would highly recommend Su'coy and his team and look forward to working with them again of needed!
