      Absolutely a scam! They kept declining my card payment claiming it was the card company but the card company I've been with for a long time said it was BULQ declining it on their end. I confirmed the same thing looking at my account. Then I was simply told to use a different card (not an option) or use paypal or use a different browser... why not ask if my computer is plugged in. I set up a new paypal (even though it's BULQ's fault for declining my card) and it still declined that. I should sue you for the time you wasted for my business! Are you just trying to collect card information illegally, because it really seems that way. What a weird business model if you aren't a scam.
