    Avoid at All Costs!We initially hired this architect for our store remodel, thinking his pricing was more affordable than other options. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst decisions we made.Hidden Clauses and Unnecessary Fees:Make sure to read your contract thoroughly if you consider working with him. We discovered a clause where he would take a percentage of the fees for any contractor hiredessentially just to supervise. This supervision was unnecessary and only meant to inflate his cut of the costs. Luckily, we spotted this and managed to avoid it, but many others we spoke to werent so fortunate and were stuck with extra fees they didnt expect.Missed Deadlines and False Promises:He initially promised the first draft of our plans within two weeks. Instead, we waited over two months for a draft, which completely threw off our timeline. We were given constant excuses, and he never respected the due dates we agreed upon.Lack of Professionalism and Expertise:Throughout the process, he demonstrated a lack of understanding of mall building codes, adding features that only made the remodel more expensive and difficult to permit. When we requested revisions to address these issues, he demanded more moneydespite these adjustments being part of the original agreement.Beware of Misleading Reviews:He consistently has friends and family leave positive reviews to bury negative ones. Please be careful if youre considering him; dont fall for the misleading ratings like we did.Overall:This was a terrible experience, unlike anything weve encountered with other architects. Dont make the same mistake we didfind someone else you can trust with transparent practices and professional standards.This review captures the critical points while staying structured for impact.
