    This business provided multiple ads and mini commercials advertising premium packages for an event. This package includes multiple "perks" which included premium front row seating. Front stage viewing access, free phone charging, special merchandise stores, all access VIP pass, VIP reserved seating, field access and a VIP Concierge to take care of all of my festival needs. Also, they provided an email to reach out to in regards to *** accommodations which I reached out to several times and never got a response. I have reached out to this business over 5xs regarding the issues I encountered during this festival and have gotten no response. The first few times someone responded stating that they would give me a call which I never received and from then on they stopped responding to my emails. I am appalled that a business can offer this package at this amount of money and not provide the package perks. I was not able to see the show and I was banned from being able to go to the sections that I paid for due to them stating that I had NO ACCESS. There was no VIP Concierge and no help anywhere in the Venue to be able to provide proof of my access. I was given a pass and a wristband which the venue denied entry to all locations that I was suppose to have access to via the advertisement package.
