      Has made the payment of $24.150,00 dollars for legal representation before *****, but has never been attended to such services, instead has been pre qualified by a non lawyer by the name of ***************************** who gave him confusing legal advice of what he was requested to submit in order to speak with a lawyer, such attorney has never seem to be available and therefore the service has never been provided other then a link which they had sent with some instructions immediately qualifying my petition for an Eb2 NIW residency petition even though I was doubful of my qualification and requested many times to be explained by an attorney which they refused to service as I had paid for, therefore I have requested a full refund once I suspected of the unlicensed practice of law and have again solely been answered by a non attorney whom says that they would hold 25% of my legal fee paid for receiving a link and a phone call from a non attorney, which per obvious is a scam of much harm to society specially as the legal advice has never been provided, and the other 75% they are holding to be refunded in 12 installments with no correction nor penalties therefore evidencing their bad faith and absence of ethics, as the legal services contracted has never been provided a actual attorney has never been in contact with me I am asking the Florida Bar assistance to cease this scam hidden under a Florida law practice which is just a huge SCAM place I invite the Florida BAR to carefully analyze their social media and website in order to conclude its fraudulent activities.
