      I paid for my membership and I am not getting the help they advertise.
      I want my money back.

      Ms. D**** signed up for a paid membership in October of 2022 and did receive a phone call on 10/18 as is offered by her plan with a CS representative. During this call Ms. D**** was advised on how to best proceed applying for Public Service Loan forgiveness and Ms. D**** did reply to the follow up email stating she was taking the necessary steps. While Ms. D**** did receive the assistance laid out in the Savi Pro plan, a refund for her membership was processed on 4/19/2023.

      The Savi team is absolutely the best! Navigating the process of student loan forgiveness seemed overwhelming and complex until I reached out to Savi, through the NEA, for help. Savi supported me from beginning to end through the process, told me next steps as needed, and calmed me down when I was confused or frustrated. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and consistent. I couldn't have asked for better guidance through the long journey. Jobe and Katie were always there along with the rest of the Savi team. Quick responses and very accurate. Thank you SO much!!!

      Katie with Savi is truly amazing. She has reached out and gotten things completed so quickly (like literally minutes after we talk). But please be sure to reach out to them via service ticket and not phone support. The folks they have covering their phones must not work for the company and they don't know much about student loans. I 100% am grateful for the help I've received and they were even able to get my HR department moving and that's saying something!

      Jobe with Savi was amazing! I had accidentally transposed two numbers on one of the forms and Jobe not only retrieved my original submission, but he also made the correction and resubmitted my forms. Jobe is the epitome of customer service and my heartfelt thanks to him and Savi for your kind assistance and excellent customer service!

      I attended a webinar for student loan forgiveness at my place of employment. "You upload your work history and we take care of everything else". Could not be further from the truth--they do NOT take care of 'everything'. Savi complicated the process. They ask for Human Resources contacts of former employers. This information is largely unavailable once you leave a company. After 1 month of no movement on my student loan forgiveness application, I called Savi. They recommended I call my former employers. I can't download any completed employer certified forms, I can't upload important documents and they are sending documents to the wrong student loan servicer. I should never have paid for this-this is the least transparent process possible and I paid for...what? Now I will miss the OCT 31 deadline for loan forgiveness.

      I went to the savi webinar through my union. Everything in the webinar gave me hope to get out from under my school debt. I signed up paid the $29. Started the application. Ran into problems right away. Called them but the person I talked to couldn't help me he had to put a ticket in. Waited for days no response. Finally called again the guy tried to help but it made it worse. So he put another ticket in. I got an email telling me how to fix problem but it was wrong. Tier one customer service was great they were nice. Tier 2 customer service is terrible. I paid money to them so they could do the paperwork for my loan forgiveness ended up me trying to do it all. Do not recommend!!!

      The agent that assisted me was very thorough and gave specific instructions on how to fix the error in my application. There was a lag time of about a week between emails and their response. This is a great company to assist with the Loan Forgiveness Program.
