I signed up for a 3 month personal training session. Prior to the end of the 3 month session, it was required that I send in a 30 day notice if I wanted to cancel. I submitted my cancellation notice in writing on January 2 and it was confirmed via email that my notification was sufficient. On February 3, Onelife Fitness deducted another unauthorized $432 from my account for a 4th month. I reached out once again inquiring about the charge and was told I would be refunded. A few days went by and I called to speak with a manager and was told no one was there who could assist and that someone would call me with an update. I was also given the name *********************** who I emailed several times and received not a single reply. No one ever returned a call or replied to an email. I then reached out to the cooperate office to no avail. I filled out the online contact form requesting help with the matter, and got nowhere. Still no call, email or refund of my funds to my bank account. I have recently reached out to my bank to start a dispute of the charge. I would like to cancel my membership with Onelife Fitness effective immediately for this treatment and for having me waste my time trying to track down individuals who obviously don't care. Maybe you can get their attention.

I called to cancel my gym membership. I was told that I would have to pay an additional month to cancel. However, this was through my employer and I was never given a formal contract. Just informed that if I were to move to a location where there are no One Life Fitness gym by One life Fitness management I could cancel my membership . I reached out to corporate and was told that information was false, that I would have to pay the additional month despite being a month to month commitment, with any chance to cancel. The corporate employee ******* stated that the verbal information I received was false, and I would still have to pay for a gym that I can no longer attend do to my location and job change. She also said that I would have to call by the 25th two months ahead, and then later stated that I had to give it in writing. I never received a contract, and was giving false information when signing up.
