    On January 31, 2023 I picked up my vehicle from Georgetown Exxon/***** ******. I had asked for a diagnostic test for the brakes. I was given an estimate on 1/31/2023 after having dropped of the vehicle on 1/30/2023. The manager sent an estimate to me and he edited it a few times. There were some unexplained charges on the estimate and I thought it was unreasonably high. I told the manager that I did not want the service and that I would pick up the car. When I arrived to the business, I noticed my car was parked in the middle of the sidewalk. I asked the manager why my car was parked on public property and he relied that they park all cars there. I noticed not one other car was parked in the middle of the sidewalk. When I was given my bill for the diagnostic test and asked why it was so much and that he never told me the price for the service. He replied you never asked!I was very insulted and felt completely mistreated that my car was parked on public property, where I couldve been given a ticket for being parked illegally.

    I took my car to Georgetown Exxon for a basic service. Having not been contacted by them after 2 days I saw my vehicle on the garage forecourt and walked there to ask if the work had been completed. It had, I paid and was given my keys. However, as I got into the car I noticed a large scuff and scratch in the paint. I pointed this out to staff, who said only the manager could help with any issues. It took over a week to get the manager. He noted the damage and said that it couldn't have been them as they had 'never scratched a car'. He said if it had been damaged by a third party whilst in their possession, that wasn't their responsibility. I asked to speak to someone else, he refused to provide any contact details for anyone else in the organisation - nor are there any details on their website or social media. In response to a **** review one of their managers suggested that I had been contacted, failed to collect the vehicle and it had been damaged by another customer: and that this was my responsibility for not collecting the vehicle on time (which is false, and I messaged the person via **** to make that clear) but they have since refused to speak to me or offer any compensation at all. I don't know where else I can get any help with this.
