    I purchased a pistol from this company for $621.35. on Dec 8 2022. The transaction was not been completed by the company and my bank confirms the funds are awaiting this company to complete the transaction. I cannot receive a refund or return of the funds by my bank as the company must complete the transaction. I have called the company and spoken with the owner with no resolution.

    Dispute Resolution Team,

      On January 11th 2023 at 11:45am ****************** received the firearm he purchased off of our website. He originally purchased the firearm off of our website December 8th 2022. 

      There was a technical error with our card processing network. When **. ******* brought it to our attention we immediately began looking into it. We were in constant contact with **. ******* via text messaging and voice calls. I was able to place the order with one of our distributers, and once it arrived, I call **. ******* to schedule an appointment for him to come in and complete his firearm arm registration paperwork.

    **. ******* received his firearm after he was approved by the ************** ******** Police Department.

    ***************** is correct all terms of our transaction have been met and I am satisfied with the purchase and his efforts to resolve this issue promptly.

     My concern was in no way directly related to ****************** or his business, but rather the potential for fraud in the transaction which prompted my early BBB complaint.  

    ****************** is a well known business owner in the DC area and this matter should not reflect on him or his business.
