The app has charged me $35 late/missed class fee three times and I don’t have classes book. I have tried removing my credit card and emailing staff, but I don’t get a reply. I was emailed that the water was not working in the building and I dropped my class, but the app is stealing money from me. I need this to stop.

I reached out to cancel renewal or service on June 14th. The business recommended I freeze my account for two weeks and then decide if I wanted to end my membership. I reached out after 10 days to cancel, I didn't want to continue after the freeze, and they are now telling me I need to wait 30 more days (a full additional billing cycle) to cancel. This is a deceptive practice, and I would have been able to get out of my membership already if they had not insisted that I freeze my account first.

I was offered a monthly 8 pack class for $138.43/month and I was informed by signing up at that time (May 2022), I was locked in for life at that price. May 2023, my monthly charge increased. I have sent notice to both the corporate office (who hasnt bothered to reply) and the local manager who said everyones rates went up and he has no control over the breach of contracts the corporate office makes. I have since spoken to several people who were also under the impression they were locked in for life.I never event received a notice they were increasing my rate. Clearly a breach of contract.

I signed up for 4 classes at the Solidcore studio in Rochester Hills, MI location on 8/19/22 and paid $80. The entire process of signing up was designed as a scam. Essentially I was made to sign up for the 4 classes via an app and by signing on the app you are agreeing to their terms and conditions ( THIS PART IS NOT DISCLOSED TO YOU) and it states they can change these terms and conditions anytime they wish. SO ESSENTIALLY THERE ARE NO SET TERMS OR CONDITIONS. I DID NOT SIGN ANYWHERE PHYSICALLY- basically just bought 4 classes via their app. THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY FOOLING THE PUBLIC. And giving ZERO explanation that these terms and conditions would be directing me to a membership. Verbally I was misled to believe that all I was signing up was for 4 classes. On 9/19 I received an email saying my autopay got declined and I need to update my form of payment. I had no clue I had been placed on an autopay and I reached out to the office requesting them to cancel my membership asap. I was informed there is a 30 day policy to cancel and that I am required to pay the $80 regardless. I told them I was never informed of this policy or had any knowledge of it. It was only upon conversing through their "help" section with a lady named 'Claire' on the official website, I found out about the terms and conditions that were hidden and linked to the app during the signing up process. I also don't understand how was I supposed to give a 30 day notice when my first day of service was 30 days ago and I still had 4 classes to go in the following month. This is obviously a scam where they are automatically making sure no one can cancel for a minimum of 2 months and the 30 day cancellation policy obviously doesn't apply to the first 30 days so you are being forced to sign up for 2 months and they mislead you to believe its one month by giving you just 4 appointments . I am requesting cancelling my membership asap and nothing due past the first month that has already been paid for.
