    Big f****** scam, curls are not as advertised and clips ins are so lazily dont and inconsistent I hope someone sues this company because they know theyre f****** scamming. Never trust a site that says no returns ordered some clip ins and they looked horrible and choppy, got some new ones and they still look horrible and amateur, I wish I could post pics. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE

We respect your feedback and would like to clarify with the BBB the claims that you have outlined against Heat Free Hair. We offer premium quality, 100% human hair extensions. Our extensions start as straight extensions and we used a steam process to create the textures that mimic natural hair textures. This speaks to your concern that the extensions were frayed. Since our extensions are not treated with chemicals, when the hair is finger-combed or brushed, the curl pattern will be disrupted, however, just like natural human hair when the hair is restyled the hair will revert. You purchased our Soft Spiral Clip-Ins. In the following social media video, you can see clearly how the curl pattern appears to be disrupted when touched/opened and then the curls revert when restyled. You can copy/paste this link into your browser to see the video: ****************************************** provided this information via email but your claim remained that you believe the extensions were used. We carefully reviewed your photos and compared them to the website and compared to photos of new products. We determined no errors were found. In addition, our operational flow is set up to ensure that there would not be a possibility of a customer receiving any previously purchased items. Our fulfillment center and return centers are located in two different states in *****************. You can verify this by referring to the address on your original package and the address provided for the return. As we continued to communicate, you stated on 8/19 that you would like to return the clip-ins so you could get a longer length of the same texture. Your original order was returned to us on 8/27 and a store credit was issued on 8/27. You placed a new order on 8/28 and the replacement order was delivered on 9/3.The language that is used in your review states that you believe we are a scam because we do not offer refunds. However, it should be acknowledged that we have transparent and visible language on our website that informs the customer of our return policy prior any order being placed. Our return policy that states we only offer store credits, not cash refunds. It is listed on the product page where you selected your items, on our shipping page, our terms and conditions page, our FAQs help center, on live chat, at checkout, the order confirmation email, and it is also listed on the packing slip in your package. As a consumer you are well informed of the return policy prior to placing the order. We also pride ourselves in providing quick responses and being accessible via phone, live chat, and phone for assistance. We are truly saddened that you did not enjoy your shopping experience with us. We are happy to continue to provide you with styling tips and product education if desired.     This is the absolutely worst hair ever!!!I paid over 600 dollars on this order … and the hair got worse! I want a refund and to send this trash hair back because it is not as advertised. Period.
