- All appts require a Credit Card Authorization at scheduling. There is a 15 min. grace period for arrival before you will be considered late. In the event of late arrival you will be charged a $25 late fee and/or your appt may need to be rescheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appt please do so 48 hours in advance. Alterations to scheduled services may be considered a cancellation if not performed 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fee is 1/2 price of scheduled services or $25 whichever is greater. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged the full amount of the services scheduled. Please be mindful of this policy when scheduling less than 48 hours in advance.
