    I tell you truly it takes a lot to heal a culture. This set of clinics is run by staff members with the lowest quality of work ethics and standards. If you tell them a Grievance it will not be tracked unless you ask them was it tracked and then the person you were talking to hangs up and puts another on. This is CEO 0r C whatever the cases secretary. You could have went straight to Mc Donald's to get their Patient Experience ' s Dawn C***..You'll find nobody but" us" working on there and nobody but us as patients.. because there is NO WAY anyone else could stand it( some Hispanic population) They don't answer phones and seldom if ever call you back if you leave a message. It depends on which and what kind of Provider. If you are calling for 425 location you can forget it. If you are trying to make a Dentist Appointment good luck....
