      DENIAL OF SERVICE, MEDICAL TREATMENT, TWICE! Had ultra sound appointment on Monday, April 21 at 2:30pm, then with Dr. ** that afternoon at 4pm. Arrived on time before 2pm. But two staff members--African American Women without name tags--canceled the appointment, without any email not text notice. The two told me I called and cancelled, which never happened. The two mentioned staff members then scheduled for me, a 4th Floor Vascular Appointment (same office) on Tuesday, April 28 for 1:30pm for ultra sound, then Friday May 1st, 2:30pm to see Dr. ** Again I arrived early, but those appointments were also canceled. So that is FOUR Vascular and Surgery appointments canceled by office desk staff, without my consent, without any notice, DENIAL OF SERVICE EACH of the FOUR TIMES!. I always arrive early, on time, 45 minutes to 2 hours early since first visit to that office in late March, 2021. I called the Hospital' Patient Advocate right away but no calls returned. I filed a written complaint with E. W. , MEDSTAR , *******************************.. But EW never wrote back nor returned my calls. On Wednesday May 7, got email from Y. Z., Sr. ********* Service Line **********************************. The email stated "I am reaching out to apologize for your experience. At your convenience, please call me anytime to discuss. My direct line is 202-xxxxxxx" I called YZ within a few days and told what happened. YZ expressed no remorse, even to say that what happened to me never actually did happen. and that my complaint was "not appropriate." I do not have an important specialist to go and am still seeking a resolution.

      The ** setup at Georgetown Hospital is absolutely terrible. Avoid this ** at all costs. My wife was instructed to go to the ** if her symptoms spiked so we did that, while we waited for 6 hours with many other people there was no communication or logic to how they saw patients. We aborted and moved to another hospital that informed us that the only thing GT ** is good for is head trauma. The customer service at GT ********************** was AWFUL. They should be embarrassed.

      Can’t go below one star I will never recommend to come here. I will never recommend you. I will never come here but I’m being forced to come because my doctor is working at this hospital. My first time I came here I stayed for three hours and the nurses in the front they enter, whoever do they want. This is the second time I have been at this ER for four hours, and still not able to see a doctor. I’m suffering from pancreatitis which is the highest pain you can get. I have been suffering here and I see people they have conversation and go in in front of me I’m 100% I believe whatever going on is fishy.
      If really do care about the patients go and spend sometime at the ER and witness how they humiliated the people
