  And from all inner action, but recent personal experience actually breaking so many laws there at Washington Hospital center. I am almost flabbergasting words alone can explain I feel right about now any of this I’ll be damn really.

  Washington hospital Center is one of the best hospital in DC,MD,&Va.
  5 star I been there many many times to visit patients. they all ways have enough staff on hand
  I was a patient myself in June 2022
  for about 10 days
  The urologist team and the doctors and the nursing staff was so wonderful in helping me with my medicine and the Antibiotics that I
  needed about every 6 hours because I had a bad Urinary tract infection and every day someone
  would come in to tell me how things was going.
  I sure do appreciate them very much.
  The Emergency room is wonderful
  and helps so many people each day
  I'm old in age and I'm not used to people doing things for me
  but with all my heart I appreciate
  them all.
  I appreciate the cooking staff
  because the food was great
  Washington hospital center is by
  far one of the best hospital's that
  there is.
  and I thank them so very much for
  helping me.

  To whom it may concern,
  I went to WHC due to an alcoholic related fall. From the ER they asked me if I wanted to go for detox, I said yes. They put me on a locked psych floor. I RECEIVED no detox or any counseling for the 3 days I was there. The RNS and TECHS were very mean and rude. The staff used foul language, like get the fuck back in your room. I was a RN for 35 yrs and I have never seen staff speak like that or they would have been fired. The entire floor was dirty. Cold food. That floor is not good enough for an animal let alone a human being. I will take this complaint higher. I had a traumatic head injury; I have enclosed a picture, and as far as I know you would put that patient on a medical floor for 24 hrs maybe with a sitter and do a repeat CT of the head. I told staff on psych floor I was dizzy and felt like I was going to faint, they did nothing. No neuro checks, which is standard after a head injury. This care is unacceptable. The floor was very loud both staff and patients which is not good for a head injury. Many fights broke out. I did not want my food tray one night and gave it back to the tech, another patient asked for it, but the tech said he was going to eat it for his dinner, what your techs can't afford to buy their own food? I had to sit in the hospital for three days with dried blood matted in my hair. Here is a little advice, you better remove the fresh blood as soon as possible because this is the easiest time to remove blood, I was too weak to stand in the shower myself, No one would help me until the day I left. You sent me my chart but there is no documentation of the help offered to me such as AA meetings or detox while I was on the floor. I sat like a caged animal for 3 days. I was a Trauma level 1 which never goes directly to a psych floor.
