  Horrible service, the driver would not drive the speed limit, made me late to my daughters graduation, Driver said his boss kept telling him to slow down and take longer to charge more. AC did not work in the back, when I call to find out when the authorization was going to be returned the man was rude and kept hanging up then wouldn't answer when I called back. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

  It is sad when this pathetic *** don't tell the whole truth. We provide an excellent and professional service, and we stand by the quality of both our vehicles and our staff. You were late to your event due to your own poor scheduling having an addional stop not because of our service. Stretch limousines, especially when fully occupied, are not designed to exceed 65 MPH. Despite your insistence, our chauffeurs are instructed not to go over 75 MPH on a 65 MPH zone for safety reasons, which we take very ************, we are not looking to charge extra. That assumption reflects your own negative mindset. All components in our vehicles, including the air conditioning, are fully functional and regularly maintained. If there had been an issue, it was your responsibility to notify the chauffeur or call our office at the time. Since no one raised a single complaint during the event, we have no reason to believe there was any problem with the AC.When you called our office yesterday, we reviewed the recording. You were at the point of harrassment with you calling us 20 times. Your behavior was unacceptablerude, belligerent, and disrespectful to our staff. You claim you signed a contract without *************** on you. You were clearly informed that it was a pre-authorization, not a charge. Despite repeated explanations, you continued to argue and demand a refund for something that was never charged in the first place.Your disrespect extended to our chauffeur, who reported that you were rude and difficult throughout the entire ride and he was super stressed out especially when he is behind the wheel. That kind of behavior is not tolerated. We operate with professionalism and integrity, and we expect our clients to treat our staff the same way.

  it was a little rocky at first communication, but once Kaleab the driver arrived he was fantastic! he knew all the fantastic places to go. he was so kind. the ride was very comfortable nice large SUV. he took us right up to the front of the monuments and let us out to walk around. it was at night so not a lot of traffic so was easy going. he made it fun.

  I wish you were far Max was AMAZING. He was very professional and handled the kids with care. Make sure our experience was DIAMOND not GOLD. This is an extremely credible company. Will recommend to anyone looking 100%.

  We used this service for our wedding on August 5 and they were phenomenal. We rented their 20 passenger Hummer and it was a gorgeous limo. The driver Max was amazing. He knew his way around and we highly recommend them. They had bottled water and ice stocked in the limo.

  We used presidential limousine for our wedding on July 15, 2022. Service was amazing and superb, they were on time with a beautiful H2 Hummer limo and a professional chauffeur who knew his way around the city when we went to take our wedding photos. I would highly recommend them, and we will also be using them in the future.

  Amazing service! Great communication providing us chauffeur info and status. Brand new Escalade, very professional chauffeur, who took care of our bags and drove safely! We certainly recommend Presidential Limousine!

  Horrible service! Ruined my brothers wedding day with his horrible attitude. Driver was verbally abusive and had a terrible attitude. Also kicked one of the passengers. All because we had elderly people getting out of the car and he felt it took too long. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE Unless you like to being verbally abused. Vehicle was also dirty and had slot of broken parts inside.

  There is one simple response! Thompson ruined the event and not us. This was a 4 hour rental! We were almost 4 hours into the job when this ghetto and thug group from Bladensburg area physically assaulted our professional chauffeur and left the scene. By the time police showed up, they all got scared of being arrested and evacuated the limo. The chauffeur was warned from that party about that individual being on drugs There is a police report on file. They are complaining now after the services fully rendered because these broke people wants to get their money back - not happening thugs! If the limo was dirty and so called parts were missing, why did you use the services? This group was a crook, thief and a broke scam!

  The ”Presidential Limo Service mistreats and slanders people of color. (Check other review sites).
  
  Being cursed at during the first two minutes of the phone conversation
  *Being called back repeatedly from a private number to curse at me more
  *Threatening messages left repeatedly on my phone from a different blocked number
  
  These are just a few of the things I experienced within minutes of calling to inquire about utilizing Presidential's service. Within the first two minutes of the conversation I knew this was not the company I would use for my special day. I was cursed out within the first two minutes of asking about the fleet and services.
  
  I could not believe that someone operating a business would curse a potential customer out for asking questions. To think that someone who is about to spend several hundred dollars would not ask questions, and to get upset about it is unfathomable.
  
  I truly feel sorry for the person who uses this company. Judging from the reviews I am not alone.

  The service was excellent. Max, the driver was courteous and highly competent. This is the first time that I used a limo service and if I need to use one again it will be Presidential and hopefully Max as the driver, Rick

  Five star rating for an excellent limousine service! Their website is extremely easy to use, and has their entire fleet for you to choose from. Allowing me to reserve the car of my choice, choose a specific route, pick up time, etc. made my experience with them nothing short of stellar. You can choose between Cadillacs, Mercedes-Benz, and other models. I wound up choosing a brand new 2023 comfortable and clean Cadillac Escalade. They focus on all airports surrounding DC, Maryland and Virginia area if you need a ride for you and your family or corporate event. Looking forward to contacting you guys again the next time I’m in your area and need a lift! Thank you.
