    I had my locks changed out on October 16 because we purchased a new home. The technician didn't measure out the door handle he was installing with the lock so he couldn't install the door handle. We decided to proceed with another door knob with a lock but his miscalculation has left a small hole in my door. I contacted him directly and the company asking to speak to a manager but to no avail. I would like the hole repaired or a partial refund so we can repair it ourselves.

    I called a locksmith company (ASAP Locksmith) for a residential lockout. I was out of town, and the dog sitter needed to get in to get my dog. Their website quoted a starting price of $40 for a house lockout. This company ended up charging me $645, they broke the lock and then changed the lock all without my consent or telling me the overall price. When I looked at the invoice, the phone number on the invoice ************** is different than the number I called and the title on the invoice is a different company. There is no signature on who performed the service or what my address is. I feel like I got scammed and I am not sure what this company is at all or if they're actual locksmiths or they just drill open locks and replace them. Either way, I'd like a refund for as much as possible. I've attached the invoice.
