    This business is unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional. I give it one star, because that's the lowest rating. We had been loyal clients for about three years because for us and our pets it is much easier to have a mobile groomer come to the house than to get them in carriers and drive them somewhere. Besides, there are very few available groomers for cats. We made an appointment over two months ago and earlier this week answered a message in the affirmative confirming the appointment. Two days later, another text shows up cancelling the same appointment without explanation. I wrote two emails, left two voicemails, and texts inquiring about this change and hoping it was a computer error. I got no reply to any of these communications, but the groomer never came, so it was deliberate. We had set this day aside for our cat who needs regular grooming and informed the business that our other cat is under medical care and would not be done this time. We were willing to pay exorbitant prices for the service because it was convenient. The groomer spent about 5-8 minutes on each pet doing a brushout and nail trim and, despite the $80 per hour listed cost, then charged $100 each, plus a $35 service fee, and then suggests a tip given separately from the payment. On an hourly basis, even including the additional 3-4 minutes the groomer spends vacuuming fur off the van floor, it amounts to a rate of $500 per hour. We would not recommend this business to anyone. We deserve a refund for the overcharges and an apology for the unprofessional way we were treated this time in particular.
