    Throughout the course of several months in which I have worked alongside the owner Marcus D. Livingston Jr, and his company “College Storage Group DMV LLC” they have exemplified themselves to be extremely unreliable and unprofessional on countless occasion's. Not only are they deceitful in their company polices and practices, but it has also been a nightmare on behalf of the companies communication. Despite sending emails, and calling their corporate number on countless occasions, Mr Livingston would be unresponsive and ghost his customers from weeks at a time. Additionally, not only are they well known for misplacing customer items, they have also made their presence well known throughout the dmv community by withholding customers belongings and items from them. When inquiring about any items lost on behalf of the company, the stories provided are not only inconsistent, but evidently fabricated.
