    ORDER #********* ********* had a complaint filed but advised it is the the events problem to deal with. An announcement was made around 2pm we had to leave the area. For over two hours we waited outside of the stadium huddling in the rain under an awning. It wasn't until a few of us re-entered the VIP gate did we know what was really going on. With staff and others walking around we attempted to set up somewhere with a tent. Roughly a hour later, random staff walked around advising to leave until 8pm.The doors did not open at 7:40. In fact, patrons were stuck in grid lock traffic double paying for parking again just to be turned away by staff at the entrance that was allowing anyone to enter. I'd imagine it needed to be a free for all because you started the festival again with upset customers and just wanted an audience for performers. I DID NOT GET THE UPGRADED EXPEREINCE I PAID FOR. For all that, I should have just paid for the general admission tickets. Why didn't we get our free swag gear/swag bags? The express lounge didn't have items when we initially checked after 12pm. Normally we are given our gear upon entering so I figured things would be prepped for the early express entry holders. I paid extra for those perks, and saw none. After 4 years, my time attending has come to an end. Poor communication added to the negative impact this event provided. I watched people in wheel chairs with health issues left in the pouring rain without any assistance. Yes, you could see the security black shirts and the pink staff shirts around and not one person immediately came to their aid until about an hour or two later as they were rained on. I will not be returning. I'd like a refund for what I paid for as I experienced nothing but stress during our brief visit. The credit for next year is obsolete as I will not attend again (this year was my 3rd year). -********
