    Order product from them in early January to be delivered by 2/14/2023. No item delivered and they cant tell me where it is. I asked for a refund and they refused but they cannot offer any info on where the item is. Just keeps telling me it is on its way. I think this is a scamming company.

    I ORDERED TWO COATS FROM THIS COMPANY 11/16/22 FOR CHRISTMAS FOR MY GIRLFRIEND. I HAVE WAITED OVER THREE MONTHS TO RECIEVE THEM. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS TELLING THEM I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THEM AND THEY KEPT SAYING BE PATIENT THEYU ARE COMING AND GIVING ME THESE BOGUS TRACKING NUMBERS WHICH BRING UP SOME SITE THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY MAJOR SHIPPING COMPANY ON THIS PLANET. TODAY THEY FINALLY SAID, "As we checked with the shipping company, your order had been delivered successfully.If you still have not received the package, we highly recommend you check with your families or neighbors, in case they have signed the package for you.Thank you for your kind cooperation.Yours sincerely,Customer Service Team"I WANT MY MONEY BACK THIS IS ABSOULTLEY ABSURD. I HAVE A SECURITY CAMERA WHICH RECORDS MY ENTIRE FRONT OF THE HOME AND MAILBOX, NOTHING WAS DELIVERED! THEY KEEP SENDING ME INFORMATION ON A TOTALLY DIFFERNT ORDER THAT WAS RECIEVED.

    I ordered CNA tote for myself when my boyfriend offered me a gift. It was advertised and they have his card information, they sent a bogus email with order number **** and tracking # can't be tracked by Shop. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant if 14 years and I love what I do, why would somebody take advantage of that. That wasn't even my card that purchased bag. I need help getting funds back, I'll just close account asap.

    I purchased 2 tote bags one for myself and one for my daughter and a pair of nursing shoes on September 12th of 2021 I have not received anything no tracking number no product no answer back after leaving over 40 messages please don't buy anything from this company u will not receive it
