  Avoid at all costs! 170 plus dollars paid and no glasses. Let’s add insult to injury, I called and was placed on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on. I tried back three other times in which two of those times I was hung up on immediately. I’m currently on hold again. The unprofessional is unreal. Please read the reviews before visiting this place.
  Update, I continued to call until I got an answer after being hung up on several more times. Once he answered, I told him, before you hang up or put me on hold that I would like to know what time I can come for my glasses. He told me, if you know you're coming to get your glasses you don't have to call us. Of course, he was disrespectful, so I was prepared. I told him that I needed to be sure before coming to them and wasting my time. This man put me on hold then returns to the call and tells me that I NEVER picked any glasses out and said there is a notation that says customer never picked any glasses. " I've been calling to check the status for about a week now and they always said, not yet. But never that I didn't pick any glasses" That aside, I let him know I did but I have no problem making a dispute with my bank since I used my bank card to charge the 170.00. He put me on hold again and came back and like magic, he said oh, your glasses are here. He, said that I could pick them up by 1pm on Saturday 12/10/22 which is today " they even sent me a text alert saying that they were ready". Today, I go into the office and was seated to wait for my glasses, twenty minutes or so passes and I am still waiting. Here is the newest excuse, he shows me broken glasses and tells me that they accidentally broke them and if i would give them more time! They are a joke; I am glad I used my bank because it seems that they do this often especially if you use insurance. I've disputed this charge and waiting on my full refund.
