    Hi, your system didnt allow me to upload all the emails that needs to be reviewed to understand how I was treated very unfairly. I solely believe that I was targeted because of my age. I was a first time customer and nothing was explained to me about the anti reflective coating. I was just told that anti reflective coating cost $100. When I returned to pick up my new eyeglasses, I called Washington Eye Care/Freeds Optical, back after ********************************************************************************************************* $100.00 for but the coating was very weak and very poor quality. I also explained to the representative that all of my eyeglasses always have anti reflective coating and I have never experienced or had any coating with such poor quality, my eyes are not properly protected. I was told very rudely and unprofessionally to email Dr. ******* *******. When I finally got a response from Dr. ******** she then eventually suggested that pay an extra $100.00 to get their premium anti reflective coating. Which is now sounding like I was targeted because Im a senior citizen. I have been getting anti reflective coating for over 25 years and never heard of a premium coating. I was never told and never explained from anyone in their office that there were 2 different anti reflective coating, I was just told to pay $100.00 for anti reflective coating. Later I contacted another Optician and asked, Are there 2 different kinds of anti reflective coating, the Optician said no. I refuse to pay Dr. ******* anymore more money because I didnt get the quality anti reflective coating that I paid for in the first place and they never adjusted my eyeglasses. Also Im not going to sit back and allow them to target me and scam me like this. This is the most pathetic and unprofessional business Ive ever experienced in over 25 years of going to any *******************

    Ms. ****** ********* came into our office to purchase eyeglasses.  Ms. ********* wanted to use her March Vision insurance.  The frame and lens totaled $280. ************************* covers $250.  We took off the $30.  She asked about anti-reflective coating and choose the least expensive.   

    We have decided to give Ms. ********* a refund.

    Enclosed you will find a copy of her benefits that only cover antireflective coating with a diagnosis of macular degeneration.
