    UPS has become the worst courier service in the U.S. I sent an overnight package on September 9, 2022 that contained legal, sensitive documents from Washington DC to Yonkers, NY and to date the package has not been received by the recipient. I recently queried online, UPS Reviews, and I am amazed at the number of complaints UPS has received in just one month. How can we continue to allow this company to reek havoc in the courier service as it seems to be an ongoing problem and no one is taking actions, we're just complaining. I need actions on UPS. I have yet to receive a refund and I have to go through the trouble of contacting IRS to report that there is the possibility the social security number has been compromised, I have to open new bank accounts and have new debit cards re-issued.
