      Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They do not tell you everything you need for **** application. They delayed turning in the application for a week. A flight had to be cancelled because the visas were not ready in the promised time frame. They are hard to understand and don't understand you. They do not communicate back with you.

      VISA HQ is a scam. A group of University faculty and administrators that included students were scheduled to go to Accra, Ghana. I did everything that was requested of our group from VISA HQ. I kept sending money to escalate the already paid expedited fee further. I made several calls and was promised return calls, to no avail. In good faith, the funds were expended with the guarantee that we were to have an expedited 3-day turnaround (initially sent about 35-40 days in advance. Our travel agent facilitated an overnight with the Ghana Embassy. To this day, VISA HQ has never even communicated back to me with an update or concern after numerous frantic calls. Can you imagine having a student group on hold with parents inquiring? It may take a while, but facilitate your own VISA acquisition. This company is a SCAM. The address on the website is **** ***** ****** *** ** *********** ** ******

      Most incompetent company ever. They claim to do paperless applications. I was applying for a South African visa from Portugal. I was told to print all the paperwork and take it to a office in Lisbon. This office did not belong to visa HQ so it was a mess trying to find this office. Eventually found it and handed in the papers and paying €285 for this service. Two days later we were told that they cannot process the visa and we will have to go to the South African embassy ourselves. We could not get an appointment in time to submit our visa application therefore our entire trip is ruined €2500 spent in airline tickets, everything down the Drain. They falsely advertise their services when they don’t even know if they can complete the request or not. Five days later we received the passport back from them with everything a mess and payments for the return of the passport etc etc. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR VISA REQUIREMENTS. THEY ARE A JOKE.
