    This is a sham "law firm""! They do not have ANY in house attorney. Merely an agency that hustles for patents and trademarks applications and contracts them over to attorneys looking for work. I had a terrible experience with them. They WILL NOT follow through on any office action without seeking for an amount larger than what they charged for the application. They will do a shody search just to grab your job. Tell them that you want to patent or trademark "water" and they will convince you that you have a winner. They will hang on to your documents and USPTO correspondence even when you pull the power of attorney from them. I have been told that this is a professional malpractice and should warrant an action for possible sanctions from the USPTO. Please save yourself money and heartaches and run as far away from this company as possible. I gave them a star because there is nothing worse available.
