    This company is attempting to collect money (billing) from me for a product that I did not order, authorize, or receive. ** filed a claim with my insurance company for payment of a claim. The insurance company unbeknowingly paid out, and now the company is attempting to collect the remaining amount from **** contacted the insurance company and they did a brief investigation and was told by New Hampshire Medical that I was on a prescription plan with their company, but this is not true. I never subscribed to any products from them.Also, I have an email dated prior to them charging my insurance company and sending me a bill asking them to cancel my order and not contactjng me ever again.This business has already fraudulently taken money from an insurance claim and now believes that I should pay them for something that I cancelled months prior, did not order, and did not receive. This in my opinion is insurance fraud as well as consumer fraud.Please let me know if you require additional detailed information. Thank you.******** *********.

    1. Took my money but did not receive what I ordered 2. Never received a receipt, though I requested it several times 3. Never received the shipping information 4. Was suggested by a so-called customer service manager that I go get my package from an address I specifically told them not to ship to after I already paid for shipping This is my first and only time I will ever do business with New Hampshire Medical Supply. At this point, I just want my money refunded. Here is the details of how poorly the above issues were handled.On July 20, 2022 I went to New Hampshire Pharmacy. After a long wait, they inform me the credit card machine is down and they can only accept cash. It was down before I even walked into the store, so why the long wait before telling me, I wish I knew. But things happen. I get it. I was told if I call the customer support number, they can process my payment for me. The young lady at store showed me a paper with my old address. I NEVER informed them of that address. They took it from my license when they checked my insurance coverage. They should not had assumed I would use that address. Regardless, I told her I am not at that address and I took the paper and wrote on it my current address. She said she would update in the system. Apparently, this did not happen. On July 21, 2022 I called the customer support line as instructed. I gave them my card information. They said I would receive a receipt to my email. I did not get the receipt. I was told I would be contacted when it shipped. I was NOT contacted. On August 1, 2022 I am wondering what happened to my order. I never received any communication whatsoever since I made the purchase. I checked my account and sure enough they took the money. I called customer service line and spoke with Shirazi, who tells me she is the customer support manager. I explained to her I never received a receipt or shipping information and, most of all, my order! She informs me my package was delivered to the old
