      * Date of Transaction: 05/06/2023 * Paid: $132.50 * Framebridge committed to providing me with: A happiness guarantee and a framed original art piece that looked good and was returned to me undamaged * The framing job is TERRIBLE. My orignal art piece was returned to me puckering, wrinkled and jammed in a frame. It will likely now have permanent waves and puckering in the canvas. * I reached out to Framebridge on 05/19/2023 and they refuse to provide me with a refund for a frame job I am now going to have to take somewhere else without sending my delicate, special, original artwork back to them BY MAIL so they can remove it from the frame. I have stated many times that I am very uncomfortable about this to begin with, let along the fact that my art was handled so carelessly. Just give me a freaking refund so we can all get on with our lives and I can take it to a shop that takes more care and values their work.* Order #:**********

      Hello, I submitted three pieces of original art for framing with Framebridge. I submitted my art on 10 August 2022 at the retail store at ************. I was quoted 3 weeks for the work to be done and delivered back to me. When I inquired at the end of August on the status of my order, I was told it "takes three weeks" to get the work done. When I asked for clarification on where my art work was, I was told that they were backed up and could not provide me an estimate as to when it would be done. When I asked if they could share with me when my art was actually received by the studio for work, they could not or would not share that information with me. When I asked them what the average backlog was, they could not share that with me. After five weeks of submitting my art/order, they gave me another ten percent discount. Today is 29 Sep, a full seven weeks after I submitted my artwork, and they still cannot tell me when the studio received my art for work, how long it has been sitting at the studio untouched, when they will start the work, or when I should expect delivery. When I asked for the timeline for returning my art if I canceled my order, I was told a few days. This is horrible. 900 dollars spent should not result in a seven week period of no certainty. Thoroughly disappointed in Framebridge.*******
