    9/08 I went into the establishment order three pizzas, I had over 9,700 points. I noticed that I was about to hit the 10,000 point mark and mentioned this to my daughter. Purchased my pizza. Went back two days ago and noticed that I had over 4000 points missing. Reached out to customer service and they mentioned they will get back with 24 hours. 24 hours passed, reached out again just for them to deflect and not tell me why and or add back the points. I’ve txtd them again, today October 6 just for them to ignore my txt messages. At this point it’s clear that they make this a habit. Having 10,000 points allows you to get 10 free pizzas for you bday and sodas, which is very hard for them to honor. If this was the case they should not advertise this as a perk in having their rewards. I’m highly upset because I’ve been buy pizza from them for awhile now and have been saving up for this just for them to steal my points and not to have the decency to reach out and make it right!

    I have been trying to contact this business about cancelling an order since yesterday. The order was placed by mistake and since they rely SOLELY on text messages the order did not get cancelled. I lost two coupons and my money because of this issue. I want an immediate refund for order *******, return of my coupons, and an apology from the business for this mess that could have easily been avoided by providing normal customer service. If the business does not comply, I will be initiating a chargeback. They have been thus far completely unresponsive and I have been patient enough.

    Hello I am reaching out in regards to a restaurant experience that I would like to address. I arrived at a local &Pizza and ordered the $9.99 special which was advertised online as well as in store and clearly shows a pepperoni pizza. I was advised if I want pepperoni it would be regular price. I can afford it, that’s not the issue. However, when I advised of the advertisement and how this is a special I’ve gotten at the Tyson’s Corner location daily with no issue, I was then asked “well do you want cheese with pepperoni because if you do it’s going to be full price.” At that point I allowed her to proceed in making my pizza, ignoring that I wanted extra cheeses and such. Again, I’m concerned about this experience. This is very frustrating and beyond disappointing. As a corporate attorney, I am well aware of the laws and not only is it entirely unlawful to deny a customer of a discount that is clearly advertised in store, but to be treated poorly and find a hair in my pizza is absolutely unacceptable. I then contacted customer service via chat as they do not offer a phone option. The representative I spoke with advised me to go in store for a refund because they were unable to process a refund on their end. I found this appalling, after having been treated so poorly I was expected to walk back into an establishment that doesn’t value my business? Absolutely not. The agent refused to provide me their name or at least an agent number when I kindly asked as I was escalating this to the FTC due to being denied a promotional price.
