      Promised a lease and then skunked by Greg Marimon who broke company policy, now waiting to receive deposit back

      I was initially thrilled to find my dream apartment at great price. The outgoing tenant gave me a tour of the unit and strongly encouraged me to apply. After shelling out a hefty deposit of over $2,000 and getting final approval on my application, I was assured by Greg that a lease was in the works and would be sent over shortly. Fast forward more than three days, and I find out that I'm now the backup applicant, with no lease in sight.

      Greg openly admitted to knowingly breaking company policy by giving priority to a party that applied after me, all because of an arbitrary request from the outgoing tenant. To my knowledge, the tenant had no legitimate connection to the other party and I'm left to speculate about the bias that was at play here.

      My following calls and emails were met with a wall of silence. Needless to say, I did not get the apartment. This was a waste of an application fee and judging by the horror stories in other reviews, it seems I'm in for an uphill battle just to reclaim my deposit.

      This has been a masterclass in unprofessionalism, incompetence, and a complete lack of integrity. It's disheartening to see such blatant disregard for prospective tenants.To those in the application process, prepare for the rules to be bent, your money to be taken, and your emails to go unanswered.
