I have attempted numerous times to cancel my ******** subscription to The Daily Caller. However, nothing I do stops them from billing my checking account.I have tried contacting them twice by telephone and several emails, but I cannot stop the subscription and billing.I am included copies of my correspondence and attempts. In their email to me (On Mon, Aug 21, 2023, 2:05 PM Daily Caller Support <**********************************), they stated, "Your account is under your control. To cancel your subscription, please click this link that will direct you to our ******** FAQ: ************************************************ This page will detail how you can cancel your account by turning off the automatic renewal feature. Once this is off, your subscription is canceled. You will be able to turn off this feature by logging into your account on our website and switching it off. If you are having any trouble or have any questions please let me know. ******************************************"However, the website states that I don't have an account with ********************** when I attempt to login, and I don't think that I should have to create one just so I can cancel my Patriots subscription and then cancel my account.

The date of the transaction was April 2023. The problem with this company is after one takes advantage of their $1 / 30 day trial they do Everything in their power to make it impossible to cancel the subscription. They e-mailed me and told me to go to my account page and “Toggle” the subscription to manual, the problem is, there is no way to accomplish this. #2. There is NO unsubscribe button. #3. In the 20 or so e-mail addresses they give, there is NO email address to speak with anyone concerning cancelation. #4. I should have searched the bbb file because of f I did I would have found out that they are rated a C-. #5. By looking more into these scammers I found that the $10 a month they charge after the trial period is conveniently billed by the YEAR so, this gives them a lot of motivation to find infinite ways to keep people in their system. #6. I personally **** that they used ****** *******’s name to bait people into this unending trap. I need a phone number for them, that actually answers the phone to verify my cancelation!
