I hope this complaint has correctly found itself within your complaints department as it is very essential to me that you become aware of the ordeal I have had to go through. Unfortunately, I’ve now lost my entire life savings, totaling 10,900 USD, which have significantly impacted me and my family. All of the money that I’ve worked so hard to save is gone. Various unethical techniques were used and aimed at influencing my system of values.. These include intimidation, demoralization, diversion, evasion, and mistruths; all of which were used to con me into obeying you, thus losing more money; As a result of your deceptive trade practices, I was deceived into transferring my funds for investment returns that were unlikely to be delivered. Your company is obliged to take a risk-based approach to handle clients’ assets. Through all this, it also became clear to me that all staff was trained in a specific way and your end goal is to pressure people to deposit more funds, so through all this, I feel I have been duped. After conducting research, it became apparent that 1st Realty LLC has been indulging in financial malpractices and fraud for a considerable time now. Based on the above, it is clear that I was coerced to take risks based on false information, which lead to the loss of all of my funds. If you show me that you are capable of taking responsibility for what you have done by reimbursing me, I will be sure to let it be known. Please consider my demands carefully, as a lot more can be gained by both sides as a result. I would prefer to resolve this matter directly and without the involvement of a third party, however, please be warned that if I do not receive back my funds, I will report your misconduct to the regulators. I look forward to hearing back from you regarding my reimbursement in a written reply within the next 14 days to ************************. Thank you.

1st Realty LLC claims they have an investor that they are representing that is in Mexico. They had us to get some kind of Mexico business tax ID. We got the ID and were told that we will receive disbursement from the escrow account the following Friday. We did not receive disbursement, but received a call from Victoria saying that something happen and that we will need to pay Mexico taxes on the transaction prior to the disbursement. We paid it and still no disbursement. They then cut the phones off and the title company that they were using *********** Title Company phones started answering automatically with a Spanish voice-mail. We started the transaction in May of 2022 and have not heard anything from anyone.
