      Don't invest here. There are so many other options including high yield saving accounts that perform better. Additionally the redemption process is a minimum of three months. Fundrise "reviews redemption request on a quarterly basis and at the end of the month following a 60-day waiting period" and will contact you only after the request has been "considered" Customer service is nonexistent, all communication is done through email so if you're looking to ask questions be prepared to be ghosted.

      Be careful before investing with Fundrise! Out of the blue my statement / investment experienced a sudden, material drop in property valuation / appreciation at year-end 2022. -5% or so. I’ve been given no explanation. They used to show each portfolio performance.. it’s now been stripped from my web account / app.. Waiting for someone in their “investor services” to get back to me.
