  ******** from nomadic homes was working on a school bus when it caught fire. According to a LEGAL CONTRACT, she was required to have insurance on it. She didn't. Her business insurance also did NOT cover it. Also, according to the contract, she was responsible for any mechanical maintenance needed while the bus was in her care. The bus flip should have taken a few months but it took nearly a year with minimal progress. She is stating that reimbursing the owner of the bus is not her problem. "You're out money, I'm out money". She now blocked me and the bus owner on social media trying to quiet this situation. She completely ignored the contract. I feel bad for fellow bus owners that mistakenly chose nomadic homes for this type of project. Their money and investment is not safe. Currently in the process of taking legal actions. NOT A TRUSTED "BUSINESS".

  Nomadic real estate fraudulently used my pepco information for another resident for an entire year now the account is in collections I have never moved into any unit with this disgraceful company. My lawyer advised me to send a email to them asking for a letter stating I never moved in their unit and they refused to provide me with any information about me not living there and they stated they where upset because I would not move into their unit and no I would not move into any unit that would only take a money order or cashiers check and I had to mail it. What type of management company only takes a check or money order by mail.

  As we already discussed, you setup PEPCO in your name as a requirement for renting a home and neglected to close the account (as you are the only one that can do so) once you decided to break the lease. Security deposits must be paid in certified funds, which includes a money order or cashier's check. This is standard practice in the industry.
  
  Even though DC law allows the owner to mitigate damages in a lease break by requiring you to pay for all utilities and rent until new residents move in, you ultimately had total control on closing out your PEPCO account which you failed to do. As mentioned in our email, the owner lost out on thousands of dollars of rental income when you broke your lease and generously decided not to pursue the matter in collections or court.

  RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY!!!
  I am a homeowner who used Nomadic to rent my property. Every basic function that Nomadic was contracted to do was utterly messed up. They neglected to pull a rental business license for the property which resulted in almost $15,000 in fines that I have been contesting with the District for over four months. For this, I paid them over $9,000 over 18 months to "manage" the property. This does not include fees paid to their handyman arm to fix repairs, some of which I had to follow up on multiple times to ensure completion.
  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IN ANY CAPACITY.
