    My son placed an online for some birthday flowers and chocolates for me. The flowers were delivered, but not the chocolates. I have been trying to get in touch with Flowers on Fourteenth about the missing chocolates by sending messages at their website. They do not respond. Evidently they do not intend to send me the missing chocolates. Either they "forgot" to include the chocolates with the flowers, thinking it would not be noticed since this was an online order, or else the delivery person kept the chocolates, again, thinking the missing item would not be noticed. I DO NOT recommend Flowers on Fourteenth.
