    On September 09 about noon my ceiling started to leak and I called my home insurance and they can out on Sep 11 and they cut holes in my bedroom and in the bathroom ceiling and they put exhaust fans in my bathroom, the hallway in my bedroom cause that's where the leak was happening at in my bathroom it in my bedroom and down in my kitchen in my living room, they took pictures and they told me that it was from my solar panels that I had on my roof I try to call Mr.******************* *** in charge of this company. and I’ve been trying to call him to tell him that it needed my roof and the inside of my home to be fix I call ************** on the 11th. Mr.**** just sent someone out here yesterday 10-18-23 to take the panels off my roof and to repair it, but when they came to repair it, they didn't come inside the home and put plastic down when I came home all the debris from the roof and everywhere was all over my room and my bedroom and it caused more damage to my dresser my bed the linen I had on my bed all my personal items everything and I'm still trying to call him and he’s not picking up his phone. I called the guy who did the work on the roof, he said they only did the part of the roof with a solar panel was they only remove one wool panel and he’s been ducking me since they repaired the one part of my roof and ************** also put the solar panel on my roof on 9-29-2012 and it was not working since then and I called him to tell him that Pepco is not seeing that I have a solar panel so that I can get a discount ************** sent someone out to my home The young guys told me my solar panel was never hooked up or connected to anything I am really upset about this whole situation because my home is destroyed. And I also have pictures of the damage to my home.
