      Extremely happy with Revolution Solar from beginning to end on my latest home project. The Revolution Solar team explained and helped with SREC registration, and the grant ******* in ********. The installation team was very easy to work with when they were at my home, and I look forward to the continued savings and worry-free living for many years to come with the 25-year warranty.       Revolution was great to work with during the entire process, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to go solar in the ************* area. ***** on their sales team took his time to make sure I understood how the solar panels work and all of the local and federal incentives and my savings by going solar in *************. They took care of all of the paperwork with the city and PEPCO for me, and kept me updated on the process the whole time, which took about 30 days. I called into their office with a question once and was impressed that their CEO, ****, picked up and answered my question right on the spot. The installation of the solar panels only took 1 day, and the crew was very polite and worked hard. They made sure to clean up all the trash outside and left no mess behind when they were doing work inside my house on my electric panel. Once the solar was installed and running, I immediately saw savings on my electric bill- the most I have paid on my bill since going solar is $20! I am so happy that I went solar, and cannot recommend Revolution enough.

      So the whole experience started somewhere around July 2023 and got permission to operate in January 2024. Revolution and USA CEA were not the reason it took so long. The initial stuff like paperwork, coming up with the panel layout for my roof, etc took about a month or so. After that, the panels were installed in November, which was roughly 90 days and is completely understandable. Once they were installed, I began payment on the loan, which for me is $15/month minimum for the first 12 months, allowing me to get the tax credit and put that towards the loan before the full payments kick in. The longest part of this was waiting two months for my energy company to grant permission to operate, which while there were a couple discrepancies that Revolution needed to address, they did so in a timely manner. Even though there were a couple times where I would've liked a bit more communication, they made up for it by addressing things without communication. So it was always nice to see things getting addressed while I'm wondering. Thank you for the great experience and I'm looking forward to getting some sun!
