    In 2022, I was approached by a Washington DC Housing Authority Employee, Christopher E****** **** who used HA as his reference for employment, painting my house. While Christopher S*** painted my house and was paid for this and other work AHEAD of time, he did not complete work paid for, for replacing my baseboards in my kitchen. While Christopher S*** was painting my home, (during business hours, unknown to Housing Authority mgt.) he asked to borrow money for an EVICTION notice that he received, stating he would homeless if he could not obtain this money. I loaned C. S*** $4,000 for this eviction notice and HE NEVER EVEN attempted to pay this writer back, not one penny. I filed a civil suit and he his wages were garnished for this loan. I did not however, get my money back for unfinished paid for services for my base boards. This writer contacted Housing Authority COO Ms. Rachel J***** who assisted with my garnishment BUT did not take any action for C. S*** theft of my money for my kitchen base boards. I informed Ms. J***** that when I attempted to contact Mr. S*** re this issue, asked to meet in public to discuss this, he replied " I would be embarrassed to be seen in public with a WHITE WOMAN." Ms. J***** took no action for this racist comment and his continued refusal to either completed paid for baseboard job OR return my money, and CS continues to be an HA employee despite his verbal racism and his unfinished job he was paid for. I contacted Ms. J***** due to the fact that CS gave this writer HA as his reference for contractual employment in my home. As disturbed that HA, Ms. J***** is aware of this and has taken NO action to have this wrong rectified. BE AWARE of Christopher S***'s deception and HA refusal to take any type of action re their employee's UNACCEPTABLE behavior.
